Creator Terms & Submission Policy
These terms apply to creator submissions made as part of the Legacy Revival Initiative by Futureworld Orchestra. They are intended to keep the initiative clear, fair and respectful for all participants.
1. Purpose of the Initiative
The Legacy Revival Initiative invites creators to submit visual interpretations inspired by selected Futureworld Orchestra works, including material connected to Mission Completed and Turning Point.
2. Your Ownership
You remain the owner of your own submitted visual work, where applicable. By submitting material, you confirm that you have sufficient rights, permissions or licences to share that work with Futureworld Orchestra.
3. Permission to Feature Your Work
By submitting your work, you grant Futureworld Orchestra a non-exclusive, worldwide permission to review, display, feature, embed, share and promote your submitted material in connection with the Legacy Revival Initiative.
This may include use on the official Futureworld Orchestra website, The Creator Gallery, YouTube embeds, social media channels, newsletters, promotional pages and related project communications.
4. No Automatic Selection
Submission does not guarantee selection, publication, promotion or collaboration. All submissions are reviewed at the discretion of Futureworld Orchestra.
5. No Compensation Implied
Participation in the Legacy Revival Initiative does not automatically create any right to payment, royalties, employment, partnership or commercial agreement.
6. Use of FWO Music
Any use of Futureworld Orchestra music within this initiative is limited to creating and submitting visual interpretations for the Legacy Revival Initiative.
No independent commercial redistribution, resale, remixing, re-uploading or unrelated use of Futureworld Orchestra music is granted unless separately agreed in writing.
7. YouTube & Platform Claims
If selected works are embedded, shared or published through platforms such as YouTube, creators should understand that music recognition systems, copyright checks or Content ID systems may apply depending on the platform.
Futureworld Orchestra will treat approved initiative-related uses as authorised within the intended scope of the Legacy Revival Initiative, but cannot control every third-party platform process.
8. AI Tools & Third-Party Rights
If your work was created with AI tools, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of those tools and outputs complies with the relevant platform terms.
You must not submit work that knowingly infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, likeness rights or other rights belonging to third parties.
9. Content Standards
Futureworld Orchestra may reject or remove submissions that are hateful, extremist, pornographic, defamatory, misleading, exploitative, unlawful, politically abusive or otherwise unsuitable for the artistic identity of the project.
10. Crediting
Where works are featured, Futureworld Orchestra will make reasonable efforts to credit the creator, artist name, studio name or submitted public profile link.
Exact placement, formatting and duration of credit may vary depending on the platform, layout or promotional context.
11. Removal & Editorial Control
Futureworld Orchestra may edit, curate, reposition, remove or stop featuring submitted works at any time, especially where artistic, legal, technical or reputational concerns arise.
12. Submit Only What You Are Comfortable Sharing
Please only submit material that you are comfortable having reviewed and, if selected, publicly featured as part of the Legacy Revival Initiative.
