1. Creator Submissions

All creator submissions, links, references and creative materials are shared voluntarily. Submission does not guarantee approval, publication, collaboration, exposure or future participation within ICTD.

2. Creator Rights

Creators retain ownership and creative rights to their own original work. Futureworld Orchestra and ICTD will not publish, alter, sell, redistribute or commercially use creator work without explicit permission from the creator involved.

3. Review & Curation

ICTD is a curated creative ecosystem. All confirmations, approvals, removals and curation decisions remain entirely at the discretion of Futureworld Orchestra. Decisions are final and may occur without further explanation or discussion.

4. FWO / ICTD Intellectual Property

Futureworld Orchestra, ICTD, Intergalactic Transit Authority, related names, concepts, visual identifiers, fictional structures, branding and project materials remain protected creative property.

These elements may not be used in a misleading way, presented as independent ownership, or used to imply official endorsement without permission.

5. Prohibited Contexts

FWO / ICTD / ITA-related branding, names, concepts or visual elements may not be used in contexts involving:

• hateful, extremist or discriminatory material
• explicit sexual content
• graphic violence or abuse
• illegal activity
• harassment, defamation or targeted harm
• misleading commercial claims
• content damaging to the integrity or atmosphere of the ecosystem

6. AI Content Responsibility

Creators remain responsible for the legality, originality, licensing status and ethical use of their own AI-assisted or human-created materials. ICTD does not assume responsibility for creator-generated content submitted or shared externally.

7. No Costs or Obligations

Participation within ICTD currently involves no costs, subscription fees or exclusivity obligations. Any future collaboration, publication or commercial opportunity would require separate agreement and clear permission.

8. External Links & Platforms

Creator references may link to third-party platforms. Futureworld Orchestra and ICTD are not responsible for the content, policies, availability or behaviour of external websites, social platforms or creator accounts.

9. Privacy & Contact

Submitted contact details are used to review creator alignment, communicate about ICTD-related matters and manage possible future creative interaction. Personal data will not be sold to third parties.

10. Policy Changes

This policy may evolve as ICTD develops. Future updates may clarify submission rules, branding use, creator participation, rights management and future collaboration structures.
